4:45 p.m.: Check-in (all guests must present their e-tickets on arrival)
*A complimentary coatcheck is available on site
5:00 p.m.: Welcome cocktail
6:00 p.m.: Dinner (all-you-can-eat fresh unshucked oysters, buffet available for those who do not consume seafood, all drinks during the event)
*Free oyster knives are available on site
*Oysters are shucked for our guests in the Rockefeller Lounge (the lounge is exclusively for sponsors and their guests, by invitation only)
8:00 p.m.: After party buffet (poutines, desserts)
8:30 p.m.: Announcement of the winners of the draw
Raffle tickets are sold and proceeds go to the 24  Foundation selected in 2023.

9:00 pm: End of the event

Dress code: Business Casual.

If you wish to avoid traffic, we encourage you to carpool, use the downtown parking or take a taxi. Paid parking at the event site (Grand Quay) is very limited and will be managed on a first come, first served basis. The parking fee is $25 (by credit or debit card only).
